Pregnancy Journal Week by Week: a record of being there, weeks 6 to 40

Eighty pages, two per week from week six through week forty. A spread per week, the kind that doesn't quiz you on whether you've drunk enough water. Body notes, mood, a partner page, and one small thing you don't want to forget. Not a milestone tracker, a record of being there.

Instant download. Print at home on A4 or US Letter. Your receipt and re-download link arrive by email.

Look inside

Pages from the file you'll download, not a mock-up.

I kept a pregnancy journal with my first. It asked me to rate my “glow” each week on a scale of one to ten. By week twelve I’d put it in a drawer.

This is the journal I went looking for after that one. Not a quiz, not a wellness scorecard. A place to put down what happened this week, what you noticed, what your body was doing, what you were afraid of, what made you laugh in spite of everything.

What’s inside

Eighty pages. Two pages per week from week six through forty:

  • The left page is yours: body notes, sleep, what was new, what you ate that worked or didn’t, the one thing you don’t want to forget.
  • The right page is for the things outside you: appointments, partner notes, a tiny space for a sticker or a wrap-line measurement, and three lines you’d write to the baby if you wanted to. No pressure.

Plus:

  • A “before you start” page for setting the rest of it down honestly. Why you’re keeping this. Who, if anyone, you’d let read it.
  • Trimester dividers with one quiet page each. Not a checklist.
  • A symptom reference, in plain language. What’s worth a call, what’s worth a wait.
  • Three end-of-trimester reflection prompts, one per trimester. Open-ended. Skip them if you’d rather.
  • A final page, week forty (or forty-one, or forty-two). For the night before, whenever that night comes.

Who this is for

You, if it’s a first baby and you want a place to put the whole strange experience.

You, if it’s a second or third and you barely got to journal the first because, well, the first was already there.

You, if you’ve had losses before and need a journal that doesn’t assume forty smooth weeks.

You, if your pregnancy is high-risk, single, by donor, by IVF, by surprise, after grief, after waiting too long. All of it gets a page.
