Returns

Soothemade Notes products are digital downloads — instant PDFs. Because the file is delivered at purchase, we do not offer refunds as a default. If something genuinely doesn't work for you, write to notes@soothemade.com and we'll figure it out. Quietly.

Licensing

Everything we sell is licensed for personal use. You can print as many copies as you want for yourself and your household, including printing extras to gift to a friend in person. You may not redistribute the PDF file itself, repackage it for sale, or resell printed copies on a marketplace. If you'd like to use a printable in a hospital, doula practice, or clinical setting, write to us — there's a separate license for that.

Privacy

We collect the absolute minimum. Your email address (only if you subscribe) and your purchase record (only if you buy). We do not run third-party analytics that profile you. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. We do not share, sell, or rent email addresses — ever. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send.

The site is not a person

Nothing on this site or in our products is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Some of our products touch sensitive ground (postpartum mental health, c-section recovery) and we are careful with the language — but we are not your provider. If something feels wrong, call yours.

If we materially change this policy, we'll note it on the page with a date. Last revised: May 2026.
